Anesthesiology and pain management studies
Sponsor-facing capability for acute and chronic pain, peri-procedural and post-operative pain, and anesthesia and sedation protocols at Amavita Research in Miami.
Anesthesiology and pain management is an area Amavita Research is expanding into through affiliated investigators. A board-certified anesthesiologist and pain management physician is joining our investigator network, working alongside our cardiovascular investigators, so acute pain, chronic pain, peri-procedural and post-operative pain, and anesthesia and sedation protocols can use the same site operations, coordinators, regulatory, and quality systems already running our cardiovascular trials. Peri-procedural pain and sedation studies fit naturally with procedural cardiovascular work at our affiliated cardiovascular ambulatory surgery center, within a same-day scope.
Protocol areas covered
- Acute pain
- Chronic pain
