Amavita Research runs heart-failure protocols from one North Miami Beach research suite, with a dedicated cardiovascular ASC for device and interventional work. Phase 2 study of PF-07328948, an oral branched-chain ketoacid dehydrogenase (BCKD) kinase inhibitor, in adults with heart failure. The trial evaluates the metabolic pathway that branched-chain amino acid catabolism plays in cardiac function in HFpEF.
