Trial visits may occur at any amavita Heart and Vascular Health® clinic location. The NorthPark Professional office (100 NW 170 Street, Suite 305) is the registered clinical-research site address that appears on IRB submissions and FDA Form 1572 — but this is the registered research site address only; trial visits are not limited to that address. Some interventional study procedures may be performed at our affiliated Advanced Cardiovascular of Miami ambulatory surgery center.
