Heart failure with mid-range or preserved ejection fraction and systemic inflammation

Protocol: EX6018-4915

A Phase 3 randomized, placebo-controlled trial evaluating ziltivekimab, a fully human monoclonal antibody targeting interleukin-6, in patients with heart failure and systemic inflammation. Enrollment is closed (ClinicalTrials.gov NCT05636176 is active, not recruiting).
